TEACHING

“Innovation must be understood within the ecosystem in which it unfolds”

My teaching explores how firms, entrepreneurs, and institutions interact within innovation ecosystems. Across courses in strategy, innovation, and marketing, I aim to develop analytical, entrepreneurial, and ecosystem-aware thinkers.

Students learn not only to analyze firms and markets, but also to understand how value creation emerges from the interaction between organizations, technologies, and institutional environments.

My goal is to equip students with the conceptual tools and practical experience needed to navigate complex and uncertain innovation contexts.

I combine analytical rigor with structured experiential learning through several complementary pedagogical approaches:

Case-based learning

Students analyze real strategic decisions and innovation dynamics using conceptual frameworks from strategy and innovation research.

Service-Learning

In marketing courses, students develop real marketing plans for companies, delivering tangible value while operating under real strategic constraints.

Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL)

Students collaborate in international interdisciplinary teams. For example, marketing students act as a marketing agency working with film-school students as production partners to design and produce a complete advertising campaign.

Project-based Learning

Students develop strategic and innovation projects addressing real organizational and entrepreneurial challenges.

These methodologies foster active learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strategic thinking in complex environments.
